The cost of delivery in the city Kyiv is 200 hryvnias. Payment for delivery during the same time as payment for the order.

Outside the city Delivery takes place separately in relation to Kyiv from the distance, according to the carrier's tariffs.

If flowers are available, delivery is made within 1-2 hours, or at the specified delivery time.

When ordering a bouquet of seasonal flowers, our florists must decide on the composition and make a bouquet from available fresh and exquisite flowers that would provide the desired color, size and style of packaging.

When ordering a bouquet with more than 201 roses, the order needs clarification from our manager, please contact us.

Of course, we offer different prices for all flowers, bouquets, and various floral arrangements. You can choose a solution at a democratic cost or order an original version that is quite expensive. For our clients, we also offer:

• the possibility of express delivery of orders on the day of registration;

• pickup from our stores from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 

If we talk about payment, different methods are also offered to customers:

• payment on account;

• payment through the site;

• online payment by card;

• in cash when picking up from the store (florists start collecting online orders only after full or partial payment

The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the procedure and conditions specified in Article 707 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
